I’m born and raised in Kamloops. I attended Okanagan College of Massage Therapy in Vernon and completed my diploma of Massage Therapy in August 2020.

I treat everyone as an individual and use a variety of techniques including: IASTM, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations and many more. I incorporate relaxation and stress relief into the massage alongside a therapeutic approach. I believe in giving appropriate stretch/strengthening exercises as home care. It is just as important as the treatment to continue the progress we’ve made in the clinic room at home.

I love to hike, run, surf, and explore outside all around BC in my spare time.

I am very excited to meet and get to know everyone, and start my TCSC journey!
